Our primary aim is to establish a happy, secure environment in which children can develop lively and inquisitive minds, enlarging their imaginations and experiences through play, art, craft, language and music. We hope to provide a stimulating and interesting audio and visual environment, developing social skills and increasing self-esteem.
Staff are chosen for their experience and love of children, we have a specially selected team of people to look after your child. A key worker system is in place, which aids bonding with their care giver and creates a stable environment that allows all children to develop and grow at their own pace. No child is left alone, all children are given learning journals and trackers which are shared with parents.
Parental Involvement is important to us. After registration and a start date has been agreed, introductory visits are offered to both parents and child. We aim to gradually increase the length of each visit to ensure your child is familiar with his/her key worker and environment. We also hope to assure that you the parent, that your child is safe and happy.
We request that you provide your child's birth certificate and NHS number upon registration. We also request that once days have been agreed that they do not change until next half term, or by prior agreement with management We accept shift patterns from those parents who work for the health service or private care facilities. Term time only again by prior arrangement with management.
